Emma Sharma is an entrepreneur and global business executive who, for over 25 years, has been known for her strong empathetic leadership style, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to go where ‘angels fear to tread.’ Emma is a champion for psychological safety, including advocating for mental health issues that impact the workforce, especially at executive leadership levels.
Emma serves on multiple for-profit and non-profit boards and is a sought-after speaker and author.
Emma lives with her husband and two elementary aged children in Washington DC.
Andy & Janine Mason
Andy and Janine come from the beautiful east coast New Zealand. In 2008 they were praying about their future and heard God say, "Leave everything and go to a new country." That resulted in over a decade with Bethel Church in Redding, CA where they founded and built Heaven in Business.
Andy's background is agriculture, business consultancy and finance. Janine's experience is in horticulture and education. Together they have four powerful young adults and, as of mid 2022, call Pennsylvania home.
Together, Andy and Janine have authored over four books including God With You at Work, and Dream Culture: Bringing Dreams to Life.
Philip Licht
As founder and CEO of Set Free Alaska, Philip built the organization from one volunteer to a $20M company with 120 employees in seven states. Combining spiritual and practical leadership and growth strategies has been instrumental to his success.
Philip brings transformation at a system level leading to multiple board roles ranging from philanthropic, hospital systems, non-profit corporations, and churches. Philip is a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business’s Executive LEAD program.
Philip lives in Alaska with his wife and five children.
