Missy Hydes

Missy Hydes is a native of a small farming town in North Dakota but for the last 17 years has built a life in Louisville KY with her husband Sonny and their 4 daughters. She and Sonny have been involved on and off in international missions for the past 20 years, and 15 years ago she started consulting with a social network marketing company at the age of 24. She is now a National Vice President within her company and in the top 1% of her field. 

She has a BA in Communications and International Studies. She is passionate about her family, people and the marketplace and she has a heart to help others live in freedom as they pursue their dreams and callings.

David Engelhardt

David Engelhardt is the founding attorney of Engelhardt Law. He is admitted to practice in New York State and federal courts where his focus is working with individuals in the areas of business litigation and transaction. He has handled complex civil litigation and argued and won before the First Department Appellate Division on a case with 50 million dollars in controversy. David has consulted on best businesses practices for both domestic and international transactions throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. David has been quoted in publications such as Forbes, Business News Daily, & Inc. Magazine. 

Prior to establishing Engelhardt Law David worked within both the non-profit sector and as an entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur, David launched Cohesive Design, a branding and graphic design company, which served businesses in the formation of brand identity and communication. This background gives David a first-hand understanding of branding and business. In the non-profit sector, David has worked with NGOs and churches since 1998. He has been married to his wife Bethany for over fourteen years and has three children: Leon, Solomon, and Goldie.


Eric Hess

Eric has been a marketplace minister for two decades, co-leading multiple multimillion dollar businesses simultaneously with his wife, and he was a professional youth and music pastor before that. He deeply understands the impact people of God have both inside and outside the church, but knows his calling is to create environments in which all people can experience God’s goodness, leading them to repentance. He has a BA in Biblical Studies, an an MBA from both UC Berkeley and Columbia University. Today, he and his wife, Sadie Hess, have grown their primary company, COMPASS, to include over 650 staff in 10 counties in Northern California, and he functions as its CFO. In 2013, Sadie and Eric also founded Quick Solve Plus, an industry specific service software that is now being used across the state of California to influence the social service market. They do all this while raising three teenagers who love God, travel, Disneyland and the Rams (usually in that order!).


Sadie Hess

Sadie Hess is the Founder and CEO of Compass SLS & ILS, an organization that supports adults with disabilities in California.  In 1996, she and a dear friend founded Compass.  She was only 23 at the time. Today, Compass serves 400 clients, has 7 offices, and employs over 450 staff.  Sadie and her husband Eric also founded Quick Solve Plus (QSP), a technology company that provides scheduling and payroll solutions for their industry.  Their newest side hustle is Hess Property Holdings (HPH), a combination of commercial and residential rental properties.

Sadie has a BA and MA in psychology and is a Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry alumni.  She believes her role is to influence the business sector through faith, innovation, generosity, and connection.  Her relational strengths and strategic mind make her a powerful business leader.  Her compassion and beliefs make her a trusted ally.


Chris Gross

Chris Gross has 29 years of experience advising closely held and family owned businesses. He is the founder and CEO of Gross Profit LLC, which is a company that engages with people and businesses to accelerate ideas into inventions, inventions to market and businesses to greater levels of influence. The company has developed a proprietary process used to create a profit model. The profit model is then implemented with practical business strategies and by forming strategic relationships.

Previous to establishing Gross Profit, he worked in CPA and financial advisory firms for 24 years where he specialized in the area of taxation, entity structures, succession planning, business consulting and financial advisory. He was a partner in one of the top ten national CPA firms from 2001-2013. Chris is also an investor into technology and early-stage companies.

Rong Yao has spent the last decade on advising firms how to innovate, transform and grow their business. His specialty is innovation and developing new business models and revenue streams. He previously consulted on businesses at a global professional services firm followed by consulting regionally across South East Asia. He has helped small startups successfully compete against NYSE listed giants. His belief is that innovation does not need to be expensive or focused purely on technology.

Steve Beaumont

Steve has more than 25 years of corporate business experience. He is involved in both local & international companies and has served on a multitude of boards. Steve, with his wife Kim, have founded 4 companies and continue to remotely operate one of their original Australian companies from Redding CA, where they currently live after relocating in 2012.

As a current business owner, plus with his corporate experience, Steve regularly consults on a professional level with both local and international business people sharing his insight and expertise. Steve & Kim have been married for 32 years, raised three amazing children, and he considers his family one of his greatest successes. He enjoys working with and relating to different types of people and can interact with all levels, from one on one mentoring to leading large teams.


Dan Ferreira

Dan has a background in top custom home design and construction and is the founder and president of several businesses, including  Dan specializes in system innovation and vertical integration, from architecture and design through to project management.  This is a key to his success and differentiates him from similar builders.

Founded in 2008, Dan has grown from a home based business to a $12 million and 25 projects per year company that employs over 30 people.

Dan is a guest lecturer at Cal Poly and Cal Poly Hot House, Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE). He lives with his wife and children in Redding, CA.



Tommy Deuschle

Tommy Deuschle is Zimbabwean born founder of CMedia Africa and has won several awards including ‘Most Outstanding Entrepreneur’ and ‘Most Innovative Company in Zimbabwe.’  His successful national launch of Simba Savannah (a TV reality show that promoted entrepreneurs) grabbed the attention of Sony because of its likeness to Shark Tank.

Tommy is known for his ability to build business and teams in spite of formidable economic and political environments. Tommy speaks to leadership groups, churches & executive teams around the world on story strategy, hope culture and the adventure of city unity.

Tommy lives with his wife and four children in Redding, CA.

Amos Ford

Amos Ford grew up in Ohio working in the family auto repair center and developed a value for business.

Amos served for 13 years in Youth With A Mission leading mission training schools around the world, as well as helping pioneer a new YWAM base in Louisville, Kentucky.

Currently he is the Student and Local Initiatives Director with Heaven in Business. He oversees the Heaven in Business curriculum within Bethels School of Supernatural Ministry in addition to events and programs that assist cities and communities in partnering with God at work.

Amos lives with his wife Amy in Redding, California.
