For over thirty years, he has been active as a consultant and board member for churches, ministries, non-profits, and school boards, and his wisdom has been sought out by many leaders and organizations.
Since 2012. he has traveled around the world with Danny Silk as a speaker and consultant for Loving on Purpose. He has been married for thirty years to his wife, Lauren, and is the proud father of David and his wife Natthanit, Kyler, Isabella, and Sophia.
Kris Vallotton is a leader at Bethel Church in Redding, California, where he oversees the financial well-being of their network ministries.
The author of more than fourteen books, Kris is also a successful entrepreneur, and he works regularly with government and business leaders around the world, teaching and guiding them.
He and his wife, Kathy, live in Redding.
Adam Bright has been involved in organizational development for 27 years.
He is a Strategic Interventionist, Coach Trainer and active public speaker. He engages in the coaching of individuals as well as coaching at an organizational level both nationally and internationally. Formally the HR director of the Juiced Group, he founded Catalyst Coaching (Pty) LTD in 2007. He offers an insightful understanding of people and their underlying motivations and has the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with others in order to bring about change and self-awareness.
His ministry component encompasses much of his life – having gone through Bible college and led various ministries from youth through to starting and assisting in various churches in Mexico, United States, Canada, UK, Ireland, Scotland and currently in South Africa. His primary focus is culture and leadership and he spends much of his time in an executive role at his current church. He is passionate about helping people discover purpose and shift culture. He is married to Vanessa and they have 5 boys (ranging from 9 months to 24 years old) living, with great amounts of laughter, under one roof.
When Abi was 12 years old she prayed, “If you can teach me how to love myself, I will change the world.” This simple prayer ignited an incredible adventure of uncovering the power of love. Throughout her journey she has seen love conquer the fear and torment that once seemed impossible to overcome. Now she travels and teaches others how to encounter unconditional love, become wildly free, and experience abundant life.
She and her husband are madly in love and live in Northern California. They work together in their Life Consulting Business, bringing emotional healing and life transformation to their clients. Along with that, they both speak and teach in many different arenas—from classrooms to conferences, to church settings.

She is known for communicating with raw honesty, openness, and hilarious stories. Steve leads the Manufacturing, Shipping & Receiving, and Facilities teams at CA-Offsite. His experience on the national management team of a multi-billion-dollar international logistics company is indispensable as CA-Offsite expands operations to meet a high-demand market by developing an efficient, high-quality, seamless manufacturing team.
Steve’s service operations management skills are only further reinforced by his time spent as the Australian CEO of a global manufacturing company. Specializing in custom plant developments from initial design through client handover, Steve has always excelled at coordinating all levels of project stakeholders to create a local market with a global reach.
Steve is passionate about local economic growth and seeing individuals excel on all levels within a healthy organization. Having finely honed his management skills with over three decades’ experience, Steve strives to build a working environment where teams and individuals flourish, breeding success from the ground up.
Eric joined the organization in 2005 when he saw that Sadie’s dream would need to be a family affair. He wanted to lend his strength and skills to further the company’s mission and vision. He has a heart to see the staff live their dreams alongside of the clients. Eric holds his BA in Biblical Studies and his MBA from Columbia and Berkley. Eric’s role is to provide stability to the staff and financial soundness to the organization.
Eric and Sadie enjoy all aspects of home and business together in a spirit of true partnership. Eric and Sadie have three children: Trinity, Ryan and Elayna.
Sadie founded the company in 1996 to provide options and support to people with disabilities. She dreams of making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities throughout the state of California. Sadie holds her BA and MA in psychology, and her role in the organization is to cast vision for tomorrow and see the clients today both happy, safe and healthy in all regions.
