Andy Mason comes from New Zealand and has 15+ years of experience helping individuals and organizations discover and align with purpose, then develop practical steps to make dreams a reality. 

He has worked for a national consultancy firm and a leading financial institution and has invested in international community development.

In 2008, together with their four elementary aged children and 10 suitcases, Andy and Janine left the certain and secure shores of their homeland and moved to Redding, California. Little did they know their dream of empowering people would find them partnering with Danny Silk, Kris Vallotton and Bethel Church to help build powerful people all over the world. They are passionate about equipping many to discover who they were born to be, build a partnership with God in ALL of life, and overflow to positively influence the world.

Andy is the founder and director of Heaven in Business, showing people how to integrate faith that multiplies business success. This has led to the development of curriculum in Bethel’s School of Supernatural Ministry, workshops, courses and conferences, an online learning platform, and a growing community of men and women around the world whose lives demonstrate an authentic walk and work with God. Andy is the author of God With You at Work, and Finding Hope in Crazy Times, available in multiple formats.

Together with his wife, Janine, Andy also leads Dream Culture, catalyzing people to discover and live their dreams. In 2011, they coauthored the book Dream Culture: Bringing Dreams to Life. Their Dream Journey workshops are now being used in churches, schools and community centers around the world.
