I grew up in New Zealand...

I did a cadetship as a shepherd with horses and dogs then completed a degree in Agricultural Science.

I thought I was going to work in international community development but needed more practical experience.

So I worked for a leading agricultural business consultancy company then switched to agricultural finance as a relationship manager.

Married my best friend...

Janine is the smartest person I know.

In addition to being a wonderful mother to our four children, Janine brings a strategic and relational aspect to all she is involved with.

Her background in people development, adult training, and project management merge as she helps people unlock dreams and make the practical steps to see the impossible happen.

P.S. Most of my good ideas start with a deeply insightful (and often uncomfortable) question from Janine.

Immigrated to USA...

In 2008 we heard God say "Leave everything and go to a new country." It was a huge, scary move but launched us into an adventure with God in all of life that most people only dream of.

This is real. The authentic life lessons that have come from our journey are now helping people all over the world.

I completed Bethel Church's ministry school then interned and subsequently came on staff with Danny Silk in leadership development.

In 2009 we started Heaven in Business - a movement of business people partnering with God at work and seeking the wellbeing of their city. We do this through membership, courses, conferences and retreats.

Janine and I also developed Dream Culture, a curriculum and coaching culture helping people discover and live who they were born to be.
