What is the Leadership Summit?
200 believers living out their calling to the business realm.
- How do you lead in uncertainty and crisis?
- What does partnering with God look like in the midst of social or economic challenges?
- What are the practical keys to win as a Christ-centered business leader, no matter what you face?
You are probably navigating the most challenging situations you have faced in business and in life.
Some leadership decisions you find easy; others leave you feeling isolated and alone and in a no-win situation.
Some days you simply want to push the STOP button.
But you know you are called for this. You have a conviction that your role in business is a pivotal place of influence and discipleship. And you have family and employees and a community relying on you.
So where is the power and wisdom to lead like Christ? Not some sanitized version that doesn’t relate; but the authentic leadership that is unafraid to get dirty in the messy intersection of faith, family and business.
If this resonates with you and you want to engage with other authentic believers, integrating faith at work, then join us for this Heaven in Business Leadership Summit.

What is a Business Activation?
One of our core values is activation, which looks like equipping you to practically walk out what you’re learning. During the Thursday Business Activation we train you how to go into a business and pray for them (healing, prophecy, blessing…). On the Friday, we have pre-arranged businesses throughout Redding meet us at the venue so you can apply what you have learned for their business. The most amazing stories of guests hearing God and businesses being blessed come out of this time each year. You then leave the conference with the ability to do the same wherever you are.
What is an Application Session?
This Conference is all about connecting and upgrading your purpose, vision and mission in business. The teachings will have components that will apply to your own situation. Some of the sessions will be entirely application oriented where you will be coached through a series of activities that will have immediate application to your business. You will leave with a written-down purpose, mission, vision, core activities and core roles.
