The Kingdom of God is the administration and operating system of Jesus, giving you power over sin, power over systems and power over satan.

The Kingdom of God is experienced in business through people and the culture they create. It results in a return on investment, both temporal and eternal. A Kingdom business person lives a godly life, led and empowered by the Holy Spirit, manifesting the fruit of the Spirit and growing in excellence.

The world is at war over values. Business is the town square where the war is suddenly visible. As a business owner or influencer, you are not just required to be profitable, you are required to navigate pandemics, racial, sexual and gender discrimination, riots and looting, government shutdowns, political and media spin…

Can’t you just simply serve people?  NO.

It has become crystal clear that the way you do business will shape or be shaped by the community you live in. You either mold around popular social or media messaging, OR you reform – YOU become the influencer. You shape the culture around you.

Speakers

Patrice Tsague

Patrice Tsague is an international recognized author, business trainer,  speaker and business coach with a unique ability to combine entrepreneurship principles with biblical wisdom. 

For the past 20 years Patrice has trained and coached over 5,000 entrepreneurs and businesses owners. He is also the author of several books including the Biblical Guide to Entpreneurship.

Together with his wife, Gina, Patrice is the Co-Founder of the Nehemiah Project, building and funding Kingdom businesses globally.

Ken Fish Heaven in Business

Ken Fish

Ken Fish is an honors graduate of Princeton University with subsequent Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. He also holds an MBA in finance and strategy the Anderson Graduate School of Management.

Ken has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive with Fortune 500 corporations specializing in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, financial management and organizational transformation.

Ken has traveled extensively teaching on wide variety of topics ranging from leadership and spiritual formation, church growth and revival, biblical authority and exposition, to prophecy and healing and deliverance.

Emma Sharma

Emma Sharma served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Valiant Integrated Services, growing from a startup to her successful exit in 2021. As a founding team member, Emma drew on her 25 years experience as a global business executive known for her entrepreneurial approach.

Emma has also lead the business and organizational transformation of a major U.S. government contractor; built trusted, sustainable relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in many countries and cultures; and established people-centered leadership programs around graduate recruitment, leadership development, and corporate responsibility. Emma is a devoted wife and mom to two young children and lives just outside of Washington DC.

D. Brandon Haire

D. Brandon Haire is an Operating Partner for Princeton Equity Group. Before joining Princeton in 2021, Brandon was Senior Vice President of Development at Neighborly, the world’s largest home services franchisor, a role he has held for the last seven years. Haire led a team of up to 130 people and directed franchise development efforts for Neighborly’s 19 domestic franchisor brands which total 4,800 franchisees. He was also involved in Neighborly’s acquisition, implementation, and integration of 10 franchisor brands during his tenure.

Brandon is married to the love of his life, Kristin, and father to three of the most amazing men God has ever created. Brandon is a global speaker and mentor teaching business professionals and owners how to bring a true Business Revival into their workplace.

Kris Vallotton

Kris Vallotton is the Senior Associate Leader of Bethel Church in Redding, California and co-founder of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM). He travels internationally training and equipping people to successfully fulfill their divine purpose. He’s a bestselling author, having written more than a dozen books and training manuals to help prepare believers for life in the kingdom. He has a diverse background in business, counseling, consulting, pastoring and teaching, which gives him unique leadership insights and perspectives. Kris has a passion to use his experience and his prophetic gift to assist world leaders in achieving their goals and accomplishing their mission.

MIchelle Raftery Heaven in Business

Michelle Raftery

Michelle Raftery is the Membership and Events Coordinator for Heaven in Business. Prior to moving from Texas to Redding, Michelle owned and led the administrative operations of a specialty trades contractor with operations across the USA. Michelle is also a qualified marriage and family therapist.

Hailing from the South, Michelle is an avid college football fan and loves to enjoy gameday with her husband, John and three teenage children.

Andy Mason

Andy Mason originates from New Zealand and has 20 years experience helping individuals and organizations discover and align with purpose, then develop practical steps to make dreams a reality. He has worked for a national consultancy firm and leading financial institution as well as investing in international community development. Andy is the director of Heaven in Business and together with his wife, Janine, leads Dream Culture – a movement catalyzing people to discover and live their dreams. Andy and Janine live with their four children in Redding, California.

FAQ

You can expect to check in at 8 AM on Wednesday before settling down at your seats for the conference to begin. We have speakers followed by forums each day with a breaks in between.  We also have some activations planned so that you can  put action to what you have learned.  Lunch is served each day and we encourage you to get together with people you meet during this time (some great friendships and collaborations have happened during this time).
We normall have two sessions after lunch and we finish up each day at around 4:00 PM
Sessions will consist of a mixture of speakers, case studies and activation where you can put practical application to what you learn.
We also come together for times of worship and communion where we get to encourage each other and build relationship.

One of our core values is activation, which looks like equipping you to practically walk out what you’re learning. During the Thursday Business Activation we train you how to go into a business and pray for them (healing, prophecy, blessing…). On the Friday, we have pre-arranged businesses throughout Redding meet us at the venue so you can apply what you have learned for their business. The most amazing stories of guests hearing God and businesses being blessed come out of this time each year. You then leave the conference with the ability to do the same wherever you are.

This Conference is all about training and activating you in Kingdom as it applies to your life and business.  The teachings will have components that will apply to your own situation.  The majority of sessions will have intentional time (Forum) where you will be lead through a series of discussions at your table to learn from one another and apply learning to your own situation.

Friends and family traveling with you are welcome to the Thursday Worship evening as our guest.

Single day tickets are not available. Plan to be here all three days of the conference so you don’t miss anything!

We don’t offer payment plans for the Conference. The ticket options are purchasing a full price seat, getting the Super Early Bird, Early Bird or group discount (minimum 5 people).

Lunches are provided each day with gluten-free and vegetarian options available on a first come, first served basis.

Due to the fact that most events fill to capacity, registration fees are non-refundable and unfortunately cannot be transferred to another event, product, or Bethel TV streaming event. Thank you for your understanding as we aim to accommodate thousands of guests throughout the year!

We recommend you fly into Redding Airport (RDD) which is less than 15 minutes away from the event venue. Other good alternatives are SMF (154 miles) and SFO airports (228 miles).
