Sadie Hess is the Founder and CEO of Compass SLS & ILS, an organization that supports adults with disabilities in California.

Brock Shinen has been practicing law in California since 2002, and specializes in matters relating to business and intellectual property. He is also a strategy consultant for many organizations and business leaders. A significant portion of Mr. Shinen’s time is devoted to assisting organizations in formation, development, strategy, growth, operations, and networking matters. Mr. Shinen is a prolific writer, trainer, and speaker. He is married with two children, and lives in Orange County, California.

Chris is the founder and CEO of Gross Profit LLC, which is a company that engages with people and businesses to accelerate ideas into inventions, inventions to market and businesses to greater levels of influence. The company has developed a proprietary process used to create a profit model. The profit model is then implemented with practical business strategies and by forming strategic relationships. Previous to establishing Gross Profit, he worked in CPA and financial advisory firms for 24 years where he specialized in the area of taxation, entity structures, succession planning, business consulting and financial advisory. Andy Mason comes from New Zealand and has more than two decades experience helping individuals and organizations discover and align with purpose, then develop practical steps to make dreams a reality
He has worked for a national consultancy firm and leading financial institution as well as investing in international community development.
Andy is the founder and director of Heaven in Business and together with his wife, Janine, leads Dream Culture – a movement catalyzing people to discover and live their dreams. Andy and Janine live with their four children in Redding, CA.

Dan leads Production, Engineering & Architecture, and R&D teams at CA-Offsite. Over the past 18 years, he’s founded and grown four California-based companies in the architecture, engineering, construction, millworks, fenestration, and manufacturing industries. This experience is vital to CA-Offsite as they endeavor to integrate the building process into a factory environment vertically.
Dan received his BS in construction management at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He enjoys guest teaching in the department occasionally as well as investing in young professionals through internships and mentoring. Dan excels at building multi-disciplinary teams and merging technology and systems to create more effective ways of delivering projects and products.
Dan believes that the specialized, collaborative team at CA-Offsite can create a highly-efficient construction environment, paving the way for the building industry to experience a rebirth that engages a new generation of builders.

Barbara Hogan is the Founder, CEO, and President of Timbelo Inc. Barbara is a Sr. Ordained Chaplain and has spent her career helping marketplace leaders live out kingdom principles.
Over time, her role has expanded into that of a Chief Spiritual Officer (CSO) which includes spiritual guidance, relational healing, family mediation, retreat facilitation, prayer advocacy, accountability, and training. Barbara has been credibly positioned as a woman in the CSO role so that she can raise other women up alongside her.
She also speaks locally in the community as an advisor, panelist, facilitator/moderator, interviewer, and is a podcaster.
Barbara and husband, Bryan Hogan, of over twenty-five years live in the southwest region of Ohio and celebrate three amazing children and five (even more amazing) grandchildren.

Steve leads the Executive Team and Board at US-Offsite. His experience on several national management teams of multi-million-dollar international companies is indispensable. As US-Offsite expands operations to meet high-demand markets, Steve aims to develop an efficient, high-quality, seamless manufacturing team.
Steve’s leadership and management skills are further reinforced by his time spent as the Australian CEO of a global manufacturing company. Specializing in custom plant developments from initial design through client handover, Steve has always excelled at coordinating all levels of project stakeholders to create a local market with a global reach.
Steve is passionate about local economic growth, and seeing individuals excel on all levels within a healthy organization. He strives to build a working environment where teams and individuals flourish, breeding success from the ground up.
Kris Vallotton is a leader at Bethel Church in Redding, California, where he oversees the financial well-being of their network ministries.
The author of more than fourteen books, Kris is also a successful entrepreneur, and he works regularly with government and business leaders around the world, teaching and guiding them.
He and his wife, Kathy, live in Redding.

Can I buy a ticket to just 1 of the event days?
Single day tickets are not available. Plan to be here all three days of the conference so you don’t miss anything!
Do you have a ticket payment plan?
We don’t offer payment plans for the Conference. The ticket options are purchasing a full price seat, getting the Super Early Bird discount or coming as a group of minimum 5 people.
Are meals provided?
Lunches are provided each day with gluten-free options available on a first come, first served basis.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the fact that most events fill to capacity, registration fees are non-refundable and unfortunately cannot be transferred to another event, product, or Bethel TV streaming event. Thank you for your understanding as we aim to accommodate thousands of guests throughout the year!

Which airport should I fly into?
We recommend you fly into Redding Airport (RDD) which is less than 15 minutes away from the event venue. Other good alternatives are SMF (154 miles) and SFO airports (228 miles).
