As we enter a new chapter in the journey of Heaven in Business, we are thrilled to share some exciting updates with you. After careful consideration, prayer, and listening to God’s guidance, we are making a strategic move that aligns with our mission to empower kingdom leaders around the world.

A New Chapter: Relocating to Nashville, TN

For the past two years, Janine and I have been based on the East Coast of the United States, continuing the work we began in Redding, California. As our children have transitioned into new stages of their lives—our youngest starting college and the others stepping into adulthood—we have sensed a significant shift in our own assignment.

After much prayer and consultation with trusted voices in our lives, we have made the decision to relocate Heaven in Business to the Nashville area. This move isn’t just about geography; it’s about positioning ourselves strategically for the next season of growth and impact.

Nashville emerged as the ideal location for several reasons:

Strategic Centrality: Nashville’s location makes it a hub for both national and international travel, offering quick access to various regions across the United States and beyond. This centrality is crucial for the next phase of our work, which involves connecting, training, activating, and deploying kingdom leaders globally.
Vibrant Community: We are drawn to the vibrant, prophetic, and business-minded community in Nashville. The city’s unique blend of creativity, spirituality, and entrepreneurship makes it the perfect environment to build and grow the Heaven in Business community.
In-Person Engagement: While virtual connections have been invaluable, there is an irreplaceable power in face-to-face interactions. Nashville offers the in-person community that is essential for deepening relationships, fostering accountability, and providing hands-on training.

Our Expanded Vision: Training the Next Generation of Kingdom Leaders

With this move, we are also refining and expanding our strategic focus. The heartbeat of Heaven in Business has always been to equip leaders who integrate their faith into every aspect of their work. As we look to the future, we are doubling down on this mission with two key areas of focus:

Developing the Next Generation (Ages 25-35): We are committed to investing in young leaders who are stepping into their callings in business and beyond. Our goal is to provide them with the tools, training, and mentorship they need to go further, faster, and with greater wisdom than we did. This will include intensive boot camps, ongoing mentoring, and immersive experiences designed to accelerate their growth.
Empowering Established Leaders (Ages 50+): For those who have already embraced their calling in business and are asking, “What’s next?”—we are here to help you discover and step into your next assignment. Whether it’s shaping the culture of a city, adopting a nation, or simply refining your influence, we believe there is more for you to do, and we are here to support you in that journey.

What’s Next?

As we prepare for this transition, we are moving forward with a sense of urgency and excitement. Our home in Pennsylvania is already on the market, and we are actively exploring our new community in Nashville. We are confident that this move is part of God’s greater plan, not just for us, but for everyone connected to Heaven in Business.
