Heaven in Business is an initiative of Bethel Church, Redding, CA.
We are all personally on the journey of partnering more with God at work. We don’t believe it ever ends. We continue experimenting. We continue learning from God and from one another. We won’t stop until we see the fullness of what Christ paid for manifest in our lives, business, communities and nations.

Andy Mason comes from New Zealand and has 15+ years experience helping individuals and organizations discover and align with purpose, then develop practical steps to make dreams a reality.
He has worked for a national consultancy firm and leading financial institution as well as investing in international community development.
Andy is the director of Heaven in Business and together with his wife, Janine, leads Dream Culture – a movement catalyzing people to discover and live their dreams. Andy and Janine live with their four children in Redding, CA.
Steve lives in Redding California and works as a Business Community Pastor with Heaven in Business where he oversees 1st and 2nd year BSSM Heaven in Business Classes and also co leads the outreach class ‘Marketplace Prophetic’ with his wife Kim.
Steve regularly consults with both local and international business people sharing his insight and experience from more than 25 years in the both the business world; all the while running a company based back in Australia.
Steve and Kim regularly travel teaching and encouraging people both in the business world and in the church.
Lisa van den Berg
Lisa is the Director of Heaven in Business Online where she creates & sources transformative teaching for the online Community.
Hailing from South Africa, via the UK, she has honed her skills in systems implementation, coaching/mentoring, and customer care. Her experience ranges across both business and church sectors.

Debbie lives in Shasta Lake City, California and serves in Administration, Local Events, Data Management, Financial Reports, Communication and more!
In addition to raising chickens for fresh farm eggs, Debbie has an organic soap and essential oils company called The Essential Olive.
Debbie and her husband Tom are the proud parents of four children and grandparents of two grandchildren.
Josh Tate is the Marketing Manager at Heaven in Business. He manages all marketing channels (e.g. social media, website, emails, blogs) to ensure brand consistency. In the day to day he, develops, launches, and optimizes digital advertising to increase revenue and brand awareness.
He is a BSSM & Simpson University Alum, and has been a part of the Redding community since 2014.
Student Initiatives Director
Amos Ford is the Student and Local Initiatives Director at Heaven in Business. He oversees events and programs that assist cities and communities in partnering with God at work.
He grew up in Ohio working in the family auto repair center and developed a value for business.
He has served for 13 years in Youth With A Mission leading mission training schools, as well as helping pioneer a new YWAM base in Louisville, Kentucky.
Amos lives with his wife Amy in Redding, California.
Michelle serves as Executive Assistant to Andy Mason and works with the HIB team to provide administrative, systems and accounting support.
She and her family moved to Redding from the Dallas, Texas area. Hailing from the South, Michelle is an avid college football fan and loves to enjoy gameday with her family. Prior to moving to Redding, Michelle owned and led the administrative operations of a specialty trades contractor with operations across the U.S.
