God made the world, not as a warrior who digs a trench, but as an artist who creates a masterpiece.
– Tim Keller in Every Good Endeavor
As a leader in business, it’s critical to keep your purpose front and center. It pushes you to stay motivated and on track while moving forward.
Simply running the day-to-day operations can cause you to lose vision and forget the whole reason why you started in the first place.
Without purpose, you can be left feeling lost, yet knowing that there has to be more.
This happens to many of us. We know the struggle. You are not alone.
It’s time to get back to the original calling and mandate of your business. That looks like connecting your purpose with Heaven’s perspective.
I believe that business is a beautiful vehicle by which we add value to people and to the planet.
During the conference, you’ll get to hear from leaders in business who’ve embraced their purpose in business, and see tangible results in their people, in their profits, and in their cities.
In addition, we’ll unpack their process of learning and leverage their momentum to accelerate your personal journey.
You will also connect with a community who can help you stay encouraged and keep the main thing the main thing.
Join us and you will be inspired, equipped, and reconnected with clarity in your purpose in business.
Who Is This For?
Do you love business but feel frustrated at the gap between what you hear about God and what you EXPERIENCE in your day to day work? This conference will validate your calling as a business person and equip you with teaching, application and real-world stories of how to INTEGRATE your spirituality with business-culture success.

A Hospital based Emergency Care Practitioner from the UK. It was whilst she was working on the streets as a Paramedic that she started to wonder what would it look like if the reality of the Presence of God, His love and power, was released into our everyday working life and spheres of influence. This ‘what would it look like if’ question has led to the excitement and in equal measure the challenge of a never ending adventure of discovering what it looks like to live in the expectation of Heaven showing up in a health care environment and the effects of it being infused with and informed by the limitless love, power and wisdom of God.
A life consultant in Redding , CA. for the last five years. Laura’s unique ability to lead people through the process of pain, to life giving freedom, has opened up the doors for her to speak to thousands of people. She is able to connect individuals to their hearts and belief systems in order to create a flow of empathy that recreates brain pathways and brings healing to decades old traumas and habits. By understanding the way the brain processes beauty and pain, Laura is able to empathetically teach individuals to connect with their own hearts. She utilizes emotional triggers, games, fun, aesthetics, and a whole brain approach to align the person with their personal beliefs. Once she has established a connection to the place of pain she teaches each person to react with love and empathy to the part of themselves they once considered bad or shameful. What can seem a simple process breeds powerful results and a depth of freedom that can only be experienced to be understood.

What does a typical day at the conference look like?
You can expect to check in at 8 AM on Wednesday before settling down at your seats for the conference to begin. We have 2 speakers and a break before lunch is served. We encourage you to get together with people you meet (some great friendships and collaborations have happened during this time).
Two sessions after lunch and we finish up each day at around 4:30 PM
Sessions will consist of a mixture of speakers, case studies and activation where you can put practical application to what you learn.
We also come together for times of worship and communion where we get to encourage each other and build relationship.
What is a Business Activation?
One of our core values is activation, which looks like equipping you to practically walk out what you’re learning. During the Thursday Business Activation we train you how to go into a business and pray for them (healing, prophecy, blessing…). On the Friday, we go into pre-arranged businesses throughout Redding and do it. The most amazing stories of guests hearing God and businesses being blessed come out of this time each year. You then leave the conference with the ability to do the same wherever you are.
What is an Application Session?
This Conference is all about connecting and upgrading your purpose, vision and mission in business. The teaching, workshops and case study sessions will have components that will apply to your own situation. The final sessions of each day will be entirely application oriented where you will be coached through a series of activities that will have immediate application to your business. You will leave with a written-down purpose, mission, vision, core activities and core roles.
