Frequently Asked Questions

You can expect to check in at 8 AM on Wednesday before settling down at your seats for the conference to begin. We have 2 speakers and a break before lunch is served. We encourage you to get together with people you meet (some great friendships and collaborations have happened during this time).
Two sessions after lunch and we finish up each day at around 4:30 PM
Sessions will consist of a mixture of speakers, case studies and activation where you can put practical application to what you learn.
We also come together for times of worship and communion where we get to encourage each other and build relationship.

Friends and family traveling with you are welcome to the Thursday Worship evening as our guest.

Single day tickets are not available. Plan to be here all three days of the conference so you don’t miss anything!

We don’t offer payment plans for the Conference. The ticket options are purchasing a full price seat, getting the Super Early Bird discount or coming as a group of minimum 5 people.

Lunches are provided each day with gluten-free options available on a first come, first served basis.

Due to the fact that most events fill to capacity, registration fees are non-refundable and unfortunately cannot be transferred to another event, product, or Bethel TV streaming event. Thank you for your understanding as we aim to accommodate thousands of guests throughout the year!

We recommend you fly into Redding Airport (RDD) which is less than 15 minutes away from the event venue. Other good alternatives are SMF (154 miles) and SFO airports (228 miles).
